Sitting in the USA, UK, Saudi Arabia or the Gulf and thinking about a plot back home in B-17 Multi Gardens (Islamabad) or Faisal Hills (Taxila)? The usual way is exhausting from abroad: asking relatives to visit dealer offices, screenshots of WhatsApp forwards, aur har jagah alag demand. This guide shows what you can now do directly from your phone, from anywhere in the world — and what you should still verify the traditional way.
Step 1 — See the live inventory yourself, from anywhere
Local dealers in these societies list their plot inventory on MartGeo — the same plots from their daily WhatsApp group messages, converted into structured listings:
- Plots in B-17 — plot number, block, size, and demand (asking price) in lac/crore
- Plots in Faisal Hills — same, block by block
Or search the map at app.martgeo.com the way you think: “5 marla plot”, “30x60 block G”, “plot for rent”. No account, nothing to install — it opens in any browser, in any country.
Some listings show a demand; others say “Demand: Ask” — that’s normal here; the dealer quotes on contact.
Step 2 — Talk to the dealer directly on WhatsApp
Every listing has a WhatsApp button that opens a chat with the dealer holding that plot — with the plot reference pre-filled. WhatsApp works identically from New Jersey or Jeddah, and time-zone friction is low because dealers answer messages through the day, Pakistan time.
Ask the dealer the same things you would ask across the desk:
- Plot number, block, and exact size — and photos or a short video of the plot and street
- Demand, and whether it’s “final”
- Possession status (can you build?) or file/ballot situation
- Any dues, and NDC (no-demand certificate) status
Compare across dealers before negotiating — the same block’s plots are often listed by more than one office, and seeing several demands side by side is your real bargaining position. Yahi cheez pehle sirf wahan baith kar mumkin thi; ab kahin se bhi hai.
Step 3 — Verify before you send a rupee (non-negotiable)
Being overseas changes nothing about verification — it only means someone you trust does the walking:
- Society-office verification first. For B-17, MPCHS’s office; for Faisal Hills, the society’s own office. Confirm the plot number, registered owner, dues, and NDC status. A family member or your own lawyer can do this in person with the plot details.
- Deal with the dealer’s office, not only a phone number. A real office with an address (visible on the listing and the map) that your relative can visit is your anchor.
- Written token receipt with plot number and terms before any token money, and keep every agreement on WhatsApp in writing.
- Use banking channels for payments. Send money through proper banking/remittance channels in your own name where possible — ask your bank about the accounts and property-investment channels available to overseas Pakistanis (for example, Roshan Digital Account facilities) and what documentation protects you.
- For the transfer itself, a power of attorney to a trusted family member is the standard route — have a lawyer prepare it properly; requirements differ by country of residence.
(General guidance, not legal or financial advice — the society office and your own lawyer are the two steps that protect you.)
Why this beats the screenshot-forward method
- You see the whole market, not the three plots someone forwarded you
- You talk to the dealer who actually holds the plot, with the reference attached
- Demands become comparable across dealers — bhaao ka andaza khud ho jata hai
- Your family’s legwork reduces to the one step that truly needs feet on the ground: verification

Overseas se plot lena ab andhera teer nahin — inventory khud dekhein, dealer se seedha baat karein, verification apne bharose ke banday se karwayen.
