1. What MartGeo is
MartGeo is a local discovery platform. It shows customers which nearby shops, property dealers and kaarigars list the product, property or service they need, and lets businesses show their products on the map. By using MartGeo you agree to these terms.
2. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using MartGeo after a change, you accept the new terms.
3. Accounts
Customers can search without an account. Shops, property dealers and kaarigars create a free seller account and must give accurate information about their business, location and listings, and keep it current. You are responsible for keeping your login safe; tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
4. Listings
Businesses are responsible for their own listings, prices and stock information. MartGeo may remove listings or accounts that are misleading, inactive or reported as wrong.
5. No sales through MartGeo
MartGeo does not take orders, payments or deliveries and takes no commission. Any sale is agreed directly between the customer and the business. MartGeo is not a party to that sale.
6. Our responsibility
MartGeo is provided “as is”. We work to keep it accurate and available but cannot promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not responsible for the quality, safety or legality of listed products, property or services, or for the outcome of any deal between users.
7. Other services
MartGeo uses outside services for maps, location, phone and WhatsApp. We are not responsible for how those services work.

How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
